Do You Know What Questions To Ask with an Offer?
Most buyers know they should be asking questions; they just don't know what they don't know. As real estate professionals we know there's a definite process to buying a home. We will explain the sales process in a way that simplifies the transaction.
I want to explain something to you. This may sound a little
funny, but it happens to every buyer I work with. When you go home after making an Offer, or it may take a few days to set it in, you may begin to have some doubts about the house. We call it buyer's remorse - you may have felt this when you bought a car or a stereo. Well, the larger the purchase, the larger the effect. So just be prepared for it. If you need someone to talk to, just let me know.
Do Not Write Up the Offer until you have reviewed all the details and options that are available to you.
As a real estate consultant, we take the time to explain the Offer, what if scenarios, your responsibilities, the seller’s options, all the different Disclosure statements, market conditions, home and property preliminary conditions, strategies, what happens with your money and many other conditions that will help you make the best decision to purchasing your DREAM HOME.
