VOW gives the internet customer much more information about a Listing. This type of site goes well beyond the limited property information of the IDX. You can receive information such as assessment value, taxes, foundation size, multiple photos, condo fees, features about the home, water & sewage connections, lot size, room sizes & features, year built, appliances, amenities, disclosures, and exclusions, days on the market, expanded description regarding the property, and much more.
